Phone signal in Whiteley

We appreciate the lack of phone signal is a problem in some areas of Whiteley.  There are plans to improve this with a new mast to the north and another on Meadowside Recreation Ground.  Work on the northern mast is progressing and it should be up and running in the next couple of months.  The Meadowside mast has all the necessary permissions but is still with the telecom operator's lawyers.

Town Council grant to Home Start

The Town Council has agreed to make a grant of £1,500 to Home Start Hampshire.

Home-Start Hampshire operates in the Southern Parishes of Winchester District which includes Whiteley.

Being a parent, whatever your situation, can be very challenging, especially when children are young. Many parents feel exhausted and overwhelmed by the stresses of family life. This is where Home-Start can help.  See the website for more information
